Dolly is a seasoned nurse of 37 years, legal consultant and educator with experience in critical care specializing in cardiac care, organ transplantation, forensics, risk management, workers compensation, performance improvement, CEQI, home care and hospice. Dolly has consulted with numerous agencies for preparation for JCAHO accreditation and testified in court on nursing standards of care. Educated and mentored new Legal Nurse Consultant’s since 2002 at the University of Delaware and served as the President of the Diamond State Chapter of Legal Nurse Consultants.
